I live in the Boise area and have been using their service for several years. The winters here can be very unpredictable with snow/ice making it difficult for Mike and his staff to be consistent on a weekly basis, but I can always count on them getting the job done and with perfection. This company set me up with an appt two days after my inquiry. I appreciated this so much!!! I had called a couple other business that told me they couldn’t get anyone out til next week. Not only did they come out immediately, they show great communication and are extra friendly and kind! They were extremely THOROUGH, upfront about the job, what was possible in the first visit, their scope of service, and he was in and out in about 30 minutes with 2-3 garbage bags full of poop and pine needles and weeds. This business is legit, and I would recommend them to everyone!!!

Poop 911 is very dependable. They text us when they arrive to make sure the dog is inside. (per our request) A couple of times we needed to change the day that we had scheduled, and they were very accommodating. We highly recommend Poop 911!

I have been using their service for 6 years now.These guys come regularly on schedule, do a neat job and leave. Their customer service is also very responsive and it is a breeze if you want to make any changes to the schedule. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a poop free yard

**UPDATE** So it’s been 4 years since my last review, we’ve had some changes with our pets, our first boxer passed away and we have a couple more now, and we are still using Poop911. We still love them. I get a text before they come so we can put our little schnauzer in the office so he doesn’t go crazy. The person who has been cleaning our yard is thorough and zigzags as they go to make sure they get everything, and it doesn’t take them too long, either. Once they are done, the yard gets mowed and it looks great!We’ve been using this service for almost 2 years now. We have 2 dogs- a miniature schnauzer (little poops) and a boxer (big poops). We pay $15 a week for Poop 911 to come pick up the yard, and we think it’s absolutely worth it. I’d forego getting a latte at my favorite coffee shop to giving up this service. They come every week on the same day of the week, and we have them come on Thursday because it’s garbage day, so the poop goes right into the trash on the curb. We then mow the yard poop-free and the yard looks beautiful for the weekend. When they’ve needed to change their schedule, they let us know ahead of time, and the payment comes out automatically so we don’t have to worry about sending a check or anything messy.

There was a single time an employee of his hadn’t gotten our entire yard, and he came out that same day to finish the job. He’s accountable and very easy to work with.
