I have been using their service for 6 years now.These guys come regularly on schedule, do a neat job and leave. Their customer service is also very responsive and it is a breeze if you want to make any changes to the schedule. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a poop free yard

We have used Poop 911 for about a year. We love using Poop 911. They do a great job and it is one less thing to worry about. They are good about responding to changes in our schedule and accommodating our lawn service schedule.

We started using Poop911 after I saw their car at our neighbors house and an injury was preventing getting all the dog poop picked up consistently. They love our rambunctious lab when he’s accidentally let out when they come. And they help keep our back yard poop free! I love that they alert us that they are on their way so we know to keep an eye on our dog. Highly recommend their services as they are fair and reasonable!

Great people... When there is to much snow they'll wait and come right out after the snow melts to get ya cought up.. great communication. and very good with the dogs and i have 2 big scary dogs

I don’t know where to go to create a second review or if that’s even possible - but again, this company proves to be just as great as they have been. Professional, kind, and their customer service is the best! I know my yard sucks, and sometimes the grass is long, but they still don’t hate me and keep showing up every week…just have to say thank you!!This company set me up with an appt two days after my inquiry. I appreciated this so much!!! I had called a couple other business that told me they couldn’t get anyone out til next week. Not only did they come out immediately, they show great communication and are extra friendly and kind! They were extremely THOROUGH, upfront about the job, what was possible in the first visit, their scope of service, and he was in and out in about 30 minutes with 2-3 garbage bags full of poop and pine needles and weeds. This business is legit, and I would recommend them to everyone!!!
