I've been using them for about three years now. I have three dogs and the person comes weekly and does an amazing job. I never have to worry about the person showing up or not. On the very rare occasion, always because of bad weather, they will inform you and come immediately after. Their customer service are real people and not robots and they are always always helpful.

They're great! I have two Irish Wolfhounds (150 pounds each) and a pit x shepherd, so, a lot of poop. We have 3/4 acre. I pay $30-35/week. It is almost always the same person who comes out, at about the same time. He has the code for the lock on our gate, and has never forgotten to lock up when he leaves. (I had a service that left the gate wide open and the dogs escaped.) If the dogs are out when he shows up, I don't have to worry about managing them. He handles them just fine. I think they've only had to cancel twice in almost a year. This is the best luxury I've ever gotten for myself! This company is steady and reliable.
