Excellent customer service from national headquarters relating my immediate need to the franchisee handling my rural new home location. He called me the next day and made the trip to my rural property quickly several hours away for yard cleanup before I moved into my just purchased house. The snow had melted and there was a lot of dog droppings from the seller’s dogs. Great experience.

They really clean up the animal feces one a week for my little dog. I am always pleased when they come. I only have 1 little dog now, but when we had a couple of big dogs and a few little dogs their rates we reasonable as they are now.

Poop 911 is reliable and consistent. I’ve had issues twice in the last 3 years and both times another representative was sent out the same day to fix the concern.

I love these guys. They do a good job, and there is always a lot to do I have 2 mastiffs. They always let me know when they are on the way so we can get Mateo in, he likes to play hard. I had them do the next yard over sometimes Riley would wonder over and leave gifts. We fixed it so she don't get over there anymore and they took the charge off the bill before I even got to calling about it!!!!! And they still check it for me just in case she wondered how cool is that?

I have three dogs that poop small, medium and large I know we could pick it up but just like everybody you say you’ll do it but you don’t and then before you know what you got more and more and more and then a lot of times the backyard smells like poop in certain spots during the summer when it’s really hot and I don’t like poop smell around my pool It’s not expensiveYou could have them come twice three times or one but twice a week for me works out great my German Shepherd is not used to anybody in the backyard yet, but the other two are just fine. You should try it when you can keep your hands clean forever.

POOP911 has been servicing my yard for the past 3 years. Allowing me the time to focused on activities other than yard clean up on my precious days off.

Dan and his crew are the best! They not only seek and search for all the poop in the yard, but they also grab some elk/deer poop as an extra bonus. They are so professional, their communication is outstanding, and some of the nicest people you will ever meet!

They are a great company to work with. Getting set up was very easy, great communication and when my financial situation changed, they worked with me. I needed some help with a last minute job, and it was no questions asked. Wonderful customer service and I recommend them to everyone.

Very reliable billing and showing up. We tried this before with another company and the person either didn’t show up or their billing was off. This is like clockwork all year-round. They do a great job in the yard. My husband wasn’t the biggest fan of doing this. May argument was that we get busy and don’t realize how long it has been since we cleaned up the yard. Especially, in the fall and winter months. This way we know the yard is cleaned up at least once a week and the kids and dogs are not tracking poop into my house. There is a small additional fee for them to haul away the poop which we do. They also leave a sticker on our door so we know they were at our house.

They are timely and reliable and thoroughly clean our yard each week. We appreciate the texts notifying us when they come to our house so we can put the dogs up.

Great experience so far. We went out of the country for two weeks and needed their service. I asked them to call which they did and assured me they would be there and accommodated to my request. Due to the fact that I would be sleeping when they would come. Definitely will continue service once a month to keep the smell away. Good price as well

These people are great, they stay in touch with me before they come, as soon as they arrive, and before they leave. They always make sure the gates are locked so my doggies stay safe. They even put deodorizer after each pickup. I've used several different companies and poop 911 is by far the best

Service: They always text to give ETA which is great. Always on time or notifies if service will be delayed mostly due to snow.Staff is always courteous on the phone & respectful entering property and most important never had a problem them closing my gate ensuring my dog doesn’t escape.

Love this company they are very kind and polite. They always shut the gate behind them. Once they missed a few piles not in a noticeable spot and they came right back out within 30 minutes of me calling them and when they came they were very polite and got the missed spots plus new ones, and every since then they haven't missed one spot!!!

Their service is top notch! All around from office to techs. Rick is our regular guy and he is the best! I’m not sure of the names of the other techs who have came but that have always been wonderful! I was nervous to have them come at first because my dogs can be overly affectionate, but Rick sat down with my dog (Oakley) and loved on her and said it made his day and honestly I think about that moment often and it makes me smile every time! I also know that when I’m not home she is safe with him and gets to spend some time receiving love! My German Shepard takes a while to warm up to people but he’s the biggest chicken ever lol Rick is patient with him and. Hunter gets so excited to see him. 10/10 would recommend!!

I cannot say enough about how grateful I am to POOP 911! I wasn't able to walk on unleveled ground after knee surgeries and this company came to my rescue until I was able to clean up after my boy myself. Jonathan was very faithful in arriving on time; he would call and let me know when he would arrive and when he left he would text me...cannot say enough about how well he cleaned up my yard. So glad that POOP 911 is around...I may need them again and I often refer them to others as well.

I have been using poop 911 for over 3 years now. I love them. Reasonably priced, they come out every week. Most time they have dog treats. My dogs already know and will actually follow them around for treats. Lol so I will bring them in just to make it easier on the workers. I have multiple dogs. The people who clean our yard are beyond wonderful!! They do an excellent job cleaning up the pet waste and are so sweet on top of it! I have 4 large to giant breed dogs, and as you can probably imagine, they produce a massive amount of feces! I tried my best to keep up with picking up their waste, but I always fell short when life got busy. I can honestly say that this service is worth every penny, and I have zero regrets for hiring them! Well my experience with the company wasn’t the best, at first not only did they get my address incorrect twice then upon coming out on the third try I needed my grass cut…long story short got into a dispute with my lawn service bcuz they refused to cut the grass with the poop on it……on the bright side my tech (Laura Lee) was awesome she contacted me about the incorrect address situation, she keep me inform about her arrival and showed up to do her job. I commend her for her professionalism, awesome customer service skills. Request her to be ur tech….she will get the job done

Edith does a great job! She comes consistently 2 times per week and has never missed a day. A couple of times my daughter has let the dogs without realizing she was working in the yard and she handled 4 charging retrievers like a pro! I definitely recommend Edith and PoOP 911 Chicago.

1 year ago I signed up for service. We were given excuse after excuse, in fact even ran into the owner at a bar just to be told "i'll be there tomorrow" and still never showed after 2 months. About 10 months ago a gave a 1 star review because nobody showed up. The company is recently under new management. I received emails about the change and updates about my service dates not believing somebody would actually come by... Behold, someone actually showed up to offer a couple free scoops to help re-establish the business. While I am now committed to another company, I wanted to share that they appear to be back on the ball and I wish the best. The person who showed up was very kind and understanding.

I’d recommend them because they show up every week, promptly, regardless of weather, temperature and staff shortages. Fabulous fabulous company. They even mentioned a broken bottle in the yard that they’d meticulously hand picked up to keep my pets and kids safe. Above and beyond kind of service!!!!
