We are very happy with Poop 911. We used another well known service for years before them, and they were incredibly unreliable, not showing up when they were supposed to or at all, and still charging us for it. Our Poop 911 techs are great! They always text 10 minutes before they arrive, come on the assigned days, and do a great job. The few times they had to miss a day due to family emergency/conflicts, the main office communicated with us in a timely manner, and the billing was always correct. I have zero complaints to offer. Use this service, you will not be disappointed!
