I love having a poop free yard! I don’t have to worry about my dogs trampling on their own poo. They’re always prompt and let me know when they’re on their way and when they have finished. If you have dogs, Poop 911 is a must!

We moved here summer of 21, and had tried 2 different services by Dec. Neither turned out to be reliable or very professional. Gave Poop911 a call and we have been satisfied ever since. They follow the schedule we chose, the only time a day was missed was because of extreme weather conditions and we were notified well in advance. If they have a scheduling issue (weather makeups, sick employees, etc...) we are contacted as far in advance as possible and a makeup time rescheduled without problems. Also, the people are terrific with the dogs. We highly recommend Poop911!

We have used Poop 911 for a full year with service 2-3 times a week consistently. Tiffany and her team are fantastic! We have three large dogs and having a clean yard for them to use is our priority. They are very professional and trustworthy. 3 services a week spanning 52 weeks and we have never had an issue.Updated to reflect it’s now been two years of continuous service and it’s been the same great experience. 😊

They always let me know when they will be arriving shortly so I can make sure the dogs are not in the backyard. They are good with making sure the gate is closed behind them and do a thorough job. They also have the option of taking the waste with them so I don't have to keep it in our trash can...which is excellent. Worth the extra cost!

They are really he absolute best! Text you before they are coming (so you can get your doggies in) and text you when they are done. Communicate so well (when we were snowed in and they can’t come). It’s very seamless and something you just don’t have to worry about. I love them and appreciate them so much!

I highly recommend Poop911. We tried a couple other services when we first came down here but was never really happy with them. Poop911's personnel are the friendliest, most thoughtful and professional of the bunch. Great with dogs. Work quickly and thoroughly...and if some scheduling event happens (bad weather, holidays, etc) they call/text and advise first thing in the AM to warn of a change. --- 2024.02.19 Almost a year later...still recommend Poop911 for their excellent service. We have not yet met anyone who was not happy, friendly, excellent with dogs, thorough and diligent. That includes being caught out in very severe weather (for Nashville). We have absolutely no complaints and highly recommend them.

They are amazing! I have 4 kids and 3 medium sized dogs. Due to the craziness of my schedule I don’t have a lot of time to pick up after my dogs in the yard. They come twice a week to clean up and deodorize my yard. They do such a great job, my yard looks and smells great! The prices are very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend!

I have been using this company for the last 2 or 3 years now, and I absolutely love it! I get a text when they are on the way to my house, and a text letting me know when they are done. They'll even send me one letting me know if they won't be able to service my yard either due to weather or another issue. Pricing is very reasonable as well!
