Fantastic service, great communication, highly recommend. We have three dogs, and have them come twice per week. We are always notified ahead of time, and when service is complete.

They are really he absolute best! Text you before they are coming (so you can get your doggies in) and text you when they are done. Communicate so well (when we were snowed in and they can’t come). It’s very seamless and something you just don’t have to worry about. I love them and appreciate them so much!

I highly recommend Poop911. We tried a couple other services when we first came down here but was never really happy with them. Poop911's personnel are the friendliest, most thoughtful and professional of the bunch. Great with dogs. Work quickly and thoroughly...and if some scheduling event happens (bad weather, holidays, etc) they call/text and advise first thing in the AM to warn of a change. --- 2024.02.19 Almost a year later...still recommend Poop911 for their excellent service. We have not yet met anyone who was not happy, friendly, excellent with dogs, thorough and diligent. That includes being caught out in very severe weather (for Nashville). We have absolutely no complaints and highly recommend them.

They are amazing! I have 4 kids and 3 medium sized dogs. Due to the craziness of my schedule I don’t have a lot of time to pick up after my dogs in the yard. They come twice a week to clean up and deodorize my yard. They do such a great job, my yard looks and smells great! The prices are very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend!

I have been using this company for the last 2 or 3 years now, and I absolutely love it! I get a text when they are on the way to my house, and a text letting me know when they are done. They'll even send me one letting me know if they won't be able to service my yard either due to weather or another issue. Pricing is very reasonable as well!
