I live in an Eastern suburb of Cleveland and just started this service recently. Although I used to do the clean-up myself. I’m a bit older now and a bit busier and this service is just wonderful. Jay and Alaina, the owners, are responsive and pleasant. My service person is very nice and thorough (and has a good sense of humor). Their scheduling, service and cost is very good and makes this quite a worthwhile service for my home and yard. A++

I absolutely love Maegan that does our yard because we have a difficult gate to get into the yard and she always makes sure it's completely shut so our pups won't escape. She should get a raise for how great she is with our pups too and makes sure our yard is left spotless.

I love Poop 911 the only thing I would change is that there be a little more consistency on the time they are coming. It would make it easier for me to get the dogs inside and to make sure there is nothing preventing them from doing their job. Other than that, wonderful company.
