The woman who comes to clean our yard always does a great job! They send texts and emails to let me know when they're on the way. My dogs have been out a handful of times when she arrives and she's always so sweet to them. The price is affordable as well!

They show up when they say they will and I have a nice clean yard afterwards. If weather prevents them from coming, e.g. weather, they contact and let me know when they will come.

For starters again, I rarely if ever give 5 stars for anything. 5 stars assumes perfection & nothing is ever perfect when it involves things people anywhere do.That said, I’ve been using Poop911 for over 2 years now & am very satisfied & happy with the service they provide. I haven’t used any of the other services but only my pets waste removal. Curt, my usual technician is friendly, professional & very thorough every visit. My dogs have been outside with me while he was performing his doody duties so I introduced them to him just in case. They like Curt & we don’t want any accidents happening so it’s wise to introduce your pets to your Poop911 technician for both the pets & the techs safely.I love the service Poop911 provides.I’m a 100% service connected disabled veteran & can’t get out to do much anymore. I have meneires disease which causes horrible vertigo so walking around looking down to clean up after my dogs isn’t a good idea.I will keep using Poop911 for the FANTASTIC service they provide. It’s a great value. They give a veterans discount of I believe 10% so I pay only $12.95 per week for 2 dogs one of which is a German Shepherd. So yeah, there’s usually quite a bit to pick up.You won’t go wrong using this service to clean up after your pets too.I do highly recommend them for their services!

I absolutely love this service. Support is very responsive and the individuals who come to my house are always very friendly and professional. My dog is a territorial barker who trusts no one but the people who come to clean her yard are always kind and patient.I have severe chronic pain and cleaning up after my dog is incredibly painful so knowing I can trust Poop 9-1-1 to take care of it is an easy way to decrease pain while giving my dog a clean space outside. I highly recommend and I think the fee is definitely well deserved.
