As a workaholic balancing two jobs, lots of overtime, side gigs and two pit bulls sometimes the days go by and things PILE up. Well. I let about 10 days go by. Aggravated and Overwhelmed. I reached out to Poop911. Skeptical at first thinking it was a spoof service. It isn’t. It’s a real thing and gottdamnit. It’s a game changer. App is easy to navigate I quickly punched in the date and time of service needed. That was a wrap. The technician texted me the next day he’s on his way. He texted me when he was finished. My yard looked like a golf course and had a fresh minty smell to it from a deodorizing they offer.

We have a double yard with 2 very busy dogs. We try to keep them in a specific area however a few times a week they do the zoomies through the full yard. This means Pooh could be anywhere! Edith was our Poop 911 cleanup tech. Edith was very thorough and professional. She took her job seriously. The yard was clean of poop and the odor was little to none. Once a week worked for us. I hands down recommend POOP 911 Chicago!! My yard was not pretty once the snow all melted and there was quite a lot to clean up and POOP 911 came out and cleaned it all up! I felt terrible bc I definitely slacked this winter picking up my dogs mess myself and offered to pay more bc of that and they told me don’t worry about it. Our tech Jonathon texted on his way and when he was completed and I couldn’t be happier!
