Frank is a machine. He scans for dog poop like a robot. He’s amazing. This is a great service at a fair price. I highly reccomend.

The techs always do a great job on our yard. They text us ahead of their arrival so we can ensure the dogs are inside. They ensure the gates are secure when they leave. And they poop the trash in the correct bin.

We are very happy with Poop 911. We used another well known service for years before them, and they were incredibly unreliable, not showing up when they were supposed to or at all, and still charging us for it. Our Poop 911 techs are great! They always text 10 minutes before they arrive, come on the assigned days, and do a great job. The few times they had to miss a day due to family emergency/conflicts, the main office communicated with us in a timely manner, and the billing was always correct. I have zero complaints to offer. Use this service, you will not be disappointed!

Poop 911 is EXTREMELY reliable. I used other services prior to finding them and I was paying for nothing! I was lucky if they showed once a month, yet they billed me for 4x. Poop 911 texts when they’re on the way so you KNOW when they are coming. You have time to bring the dogs in, and they are very thorough. I HIGHLY recommend them!
