We sure do! If you’re unhappy with anything, just notify our office. You either won’t be billed for the services, or you’ll receive your next service for FREE.
Yes. Our poop scooping and dog walking services are built around your schedule. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly options and can also clean decks, patios, and dog runs.
Our technicians wear visible uniforms when servicing your home. We also leave a door hanger behind so you’ll know that service is complete. If your dog is comfortable with strangers, we can even clean your yard while they’re outside. (After all, we won’t be strangers for long.)
Yes, but that’s not all. We only bill your credit or debit card after the service is complete. No other poop scooper company can do this. We feel it’s the right thing to do so you’re never paying ahead of time or for a service that gets cancelled due to bad weather or other issues.
Indeed, we do. From apartment communities to dog parks, we can customize a clean-up solution to meet the needs of large, busy outdoor spaces. We can also install pet pick-up stations and restock the bags on a schedule that works for you.
For sure. We want you to have fun and invite all the dogs you like. Our professional staff members can handle parties large or small as well as corporate gatherings, charity events, and anything in between. So relax and enjoy your day outdoors.
Initially, we’ll come to your house on the day you choose and provide you with the number of cat litter boxes you normally use, plus a backup for each. With regular service, you’ll simply leave the dirty boxes outside for us and return home to clean, sanitized boxes that you bring inside. And yes, we provide the litter, so you’ll never have to haul it home again.
When severe weather conditions arise, anyone with a service in place will either receive a phone call or an email from POOP 911, so keep your phone nearby and frequently check your inboxes. If you have any questions or concerns about the status of your service, you can always call POOP 911 for verification. Learn more here.
In many cases, POOP 911 technicians will work to make sure your service is rescheduled for later in the same week. If this is the case, you will receive an email with a different date for your typical week of service. However, if weather conditions continue to be a problem and delay service, your service will resume the following week as scheduled.
