After the last storm we had, it was hectic once it all melted, eeek! So I had a friend of mine tell me about Poop911 and how they came out and cleaned up for you, whether it’s a one time thing or a subscription that matched your needs, they’re there to help. We decided to get the help and do a weekly schedule to keep it clean and today John came for our first clean up and did a great job! Although our first clean up was free of charge due to a promotion, I absolutely felt the need to leave him a nice tip as our thank you for his services. My Mom and I have been using this service for a couple of years now and we are EXTREMELY pleased with it. John is very personable and kind. He shows up like clockwork each week and does a wonderful job. I love that he texts us ahead of time to let us know he is on his way. This gives us a chance to put the dogs up while he quickly does his work. Thank you John! You rock!

Since re-opening my business post-COVID closures I've been working six 10-12 hr days/week.On my day off I: shop, cook, clean, do laundry and the yard and dog debris, (3 dogs). Something had to give.I broke down and arranged waste clean-up via Poop 911. The rep, John, is incredibly kind, reliable, efficient and does an AMAZING job! My yard has not looked this good in 3 years, and my dogs are happy, happy, happy.I definitely recommend!

Words can’t explain how grateful I am that POOP 911 even exists! My family has been having a hard time for a little while and cleaning up our dogs business has been a tough task. Both my parents are now unable to walk well and can’t get outside to get the job done, also my fiancée works out of town so he’s hardly here and I work so much sometimes I’m just too tired to do it. They came a day earlier than expected, which was very thoughtful. We only needed the service done once but I am beyond satisfied with the job that was done!
