We’ve been using Poop 911 for 4 years & it’s always been awesome. We started with them in Vallejo, Ca & for the last 3 years in Melrose Park, Il.
They text before they come, come in, do the job, and leave without any issues. They are always great with our dog if we’re outside when they come. We never worry about stepping in anything unpleasant. A fantastic service at a great price.

I have small yard but it’s is difficult to clean while pregnant. Poop 911 did a great job cleaning it, now my puppy can run free in the yard.

Sometimes if there are leaves present attention to detail gets missed and poop is left behind. Im not talking about a mountain of leaves where you cant see, im referring to a scattering of leaves where all you have to do is pay closer attention.

Poop 911 is a time saver ! We have 2 dogs and a big yard.. I also have lower back problems which makes it hard for me to clean up the dog mess especially in the winter :/ I’ve been using poop 911 services for over a year now and I’m happy with their service!! The fact that they come out and pick up dog poop in the winter is awesome so I don’t have to worry about “land mines “ in the spring!

The yard is poop free! Their team is always courteous and notifies me when they're coming and when they're done. It makes keeping the yard clean with two dogs so easy.

I’ve had this service since February and the service person, Edith has been excellent. She has never missed a day. She does an excellent job. She handled all my dogs running at her calmly and knew exactly how to not react when a family member let them out not knowing she was in the yard. I definitely recommend this company.
