Great service. Worth every penny!

We get notified if the weather is bad and the team needs to reschedule. Emails of each weekly charge, prices are affordable, and yard is always clean.
We even fostered a dog and were able to adjust services as needed.
Can't say enough good things, and Poop 911 is ABSOLUTELY worth it. Especially that I don't have to go out there after working and commuting, to clean up the yard.

I had the best experience with Poop911. I scheduled a yard clean-up after my 200-pound English Mastiff left many deposits over the last two weeks, as I was unable to clean due to a medical issue. When I came home, Alex, my tech, had made EVERYTHING disappear. Like it had never had a dog, much less a giant dog, leave anything..He made sure I knew he was on his way, tied up the deposit bag so the smell wouldn't float around, threw it away, and latched my gate when he left. I'm so glad I hired Poop911 for my cleanup that I am now going to sign up for the recurring service! Finding a company that over-delivers and under-promises is rare. Poop911 for the win!!!!

I’ve been with this service for about 3 years. I have 2 dogs and a small yard, but when I had my baby, the maintenance became a bit much. Their service was nothing short of amazing. Extremely accommodating! I was always notified the day of my service when they were in the way and they were super flexible if I had last minute cancellations due to the weather.Nigel was normally the person who would come by, but on occ it would be Anthony. Both are amazing and Heather in the office is extremely nice and helpful. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Tuesday was my first experience with Poop 911. Brandon sent a 30 minute heads-up text and a job completed text including a photo of the closed gate. He was in and out before I realized it! Excellent service that I highly recommend.

It was a pleasure working with Poop 911. Setting up an account and cadence was simple and straight forward. Both Lauren and Bill were responsive to all my questions and the associates were respectful and thorough. My son moved and took his dog with him. So simple to set up! I get texts when someone is on their way, texts with the picture of the closed fence, and the work is done well. My dogs always act confused when they go outside afterwards and everything is gone!

With such a busy life this service has been such a blessing. We’ve had this service for many years and through at least 3 homes. Lauren has always been so gracious and helpful if we have any problems. Especially after my husband lost his job and we had to cut back on service frequency. The staff makes sure that the gate is shut and locked so my dog doesn’t get out.

Elijah did a great job today. Poop911 always lets me know when they are on their way, which I really appreciate. They are also very conscious of the fact there may be dogs out and always secure the gate properly. They also send a photo of the secured gate.

Love this service! We foster dogs and dreaded the poop pickup…Poop 911 is affordable and works with us on starting and stopping service when we have or don’t have a foster dog. Additionally, our technician is quick, efficient, and makes sure that the fence gate is closed, sending us a photo when they leave. I definitely recommend !

As customers we don’t have knowledge and skills relative to yardwork or plants and therefore must rely on your person that comes to our house to answer sometimes ignorant questions be good idea that when you leave your package at my door thank about some way of having us get together with you and ask our questions or maybe even have your yard man ring the doorbell and ask if we have any problems or questions
