I've been using them for about three years now. I have three dogs and the person comes weekly and does an amazing job. I never have to worry about the person showing up or not. On the very rare occasion, always because of bad weather, they will inform you and come immediately after. Their customer service are real people and not robots and they are always always helpful.

Most of the waste gets picked up, but they don't give you a heads up they're coming or are there. A couple of times they put the waste in the wrong bin (recycling or yard waste).

Picking up dog poop doesn't sound like you need to be professional, but I fired another company. The people at Poop 911 show up when scheduled, are very responsive if there's a change and best of all - they are very thorough every time they come! I highly recommend their service.

Edited: this company is under new ownership and reached out to me to introduce themselves so I am changing this to a 5* review. —— Extremely disappointed in service lately. We had a service issue (not picking up all poop in yard & on sidewalk in our yard) and the response from the company was that they didn’t know where our garbage can is and our grass maybe could be too long. 1) see photo of issue & grass height which we also sent to the company before this ridiculous response 2) if you don’t know where my garbage can is, why haven’t you asked? 3) if you don’t know where my garbage can is, where have you been disposing of the poop?? Hands down the most ridiculous response. I will be cancelling and employing a neighbor kid instead.

This service is amazing! They are very friendly and update me if there's any concerns with my yard (grass too tall, etc). I am updated with arrival time through text and have asked to look for my dog's lost name tag before. Fence gate is properly shut every time and waste goes directly to my garbage can if left out for them. I've been using this service for over a year and can say that our family of 4 dogs is very happy with the clean yard.

When contracted with Poop911 the service was fantastic! The Technician's name was Ben he was always on time & VERY through. Unfortunately my dog died on 21 April, I continued to pay for 2 more weeks, then a very nice woman from Poop911 left me a VM stating the Ben hasn't found any trace of a dog on the grounds for the last 2 weeks. She called me back & said my last payment fulfilled our agreement, which matched my records. Great Company, excellent service, I would recommend them to anyone! 5 stats+++

They came in so quickly and quietly my dogs didn't even know they were here. The only comment I have is that they complained about how much pet waste there was from the winter, which I certainly couldn't control. That is what I had them come for was to clean that up.

Best way I can think of to spend $32/week. This is a perfect service. It takes them about 5-10 minutes to do the cleanup, and I hate hate hate cleaning up dog poop. Win/win. Our yard will be in perfect shape for our son to learn to walk this summer
