I set up service with them and they were pretty decent at first. But over time, their service started slacking. I originally set up for them to come by once a week and pay to have them take the waste with them. Two weeks ago, they sent someone to clean and they left the waste sitting in a bag in front of my garage. I called customer care, who is very slow to respond, they called me back and apologized and said they would send someone out right away to pick it up and they would add a credit to my account. Two weeks later (today), the bag is still sitting there and there was no credit applied to my account. I called again today and left another message letting them know the bag was still there and no credit was applied AND to cancel my service because of their lack of care and professionalism. I have yet to receive a call back. This is absolutely irresponsible of the company and I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Our experience has been very hit or miss. Some technicians clearly take pride in their work and do an excellent job. Others seem like they couldn’t care less.. they show up for just a few minutes, leave without cleaning up all of the yard waste, and don’t complete the service we paid for. After several months of service, I’d honestly say it’s been about 50/50. When there is an issue, the office is difficult to reach. They talk a lot about their values and customer service, but in our experience, nothing ever changed. If you’re considering signing up, just know you’d probably have better odds of hitting 21 in blackjack than consistently getting a technician who completes the full service you paid for. We ultimately canceled our weekly membership after constantly having to micromanage what was being done in our backyard and making countless calls just to receive the service we were already paying for. It honestly feels like the company expanded too quickly, hired too many low-quality technicians, and let the quality of service decline. During one conversation, a manager even implied that the best experience comes when you’re lucky enough to get one of their “core employees.” P.S. We have security cameras covering our backyard, so it’s very easy to verify what happened. On multiple occasions, technicians were on-site for only 3–5 minutes, barely walked the yard, skipped the deodorizing spray, and left countless piles behind. That’s simply not the level of service customers should expect from a weekly pet waste removal company.

I can not say enough nice and positive things about this company. I am so glad I found them and gave them a chance. At first, I was hesitant to book with this company because of the many reviews I read about Poop911's techs either not showing up like they're supposed to, or not cleaning up all of the poop. I decided to give them a chance because of the positive reviews but now I am dealing with the same issue as the negative reviews said. My brother cuts our grass weekly after poop cleanup and he said that for weeks the poop hasn't been getting cleaned up. I tried to reach out and discuss this but then was told that their tech is out sick today and can't clean up the poop this week and that I'll be charged based off of how long it takes them next week to clean it up and the amount of poop there is to clean up. I do not feel this is right or fair considering it is THEIR fault the poop has not been getting cleaned up for weeks but yet I have continued to be charged weekly automatically. Please be careful with booking with this company!
