They are a godsend, they clean up 4 to 5 bags of dog poop a week from my fat fluffers. They give me a text or call prior to arriving so i can bring my dogs inside and unlock the gate. Its very convenient and good value for 4 large dogs

I used this service for about a month. The first week they cancelled my day twice which I was okay with because they communicated to me about it. They also informed me that they weren't running their hose off services because it was too cold. However they continued to charge me for it week after week. I tried calling the phone number that was given about the issue and received no response. Then their scoopers started showing up on random days with no prewarning and sometimes I was charged without confirmation that anybody provided their service. When my wife finally got someone on the phone she was informed that because the poop 911 operator works in the hospital she couldn't answer the phone. After stealing money from services that were not provided. Showing up when I wasn't home and did not tell me except for the credit card receipt in my email after I was charged, the woman on the phone was nasty, unprofessional and decided that rather than trying to fix the problem to just cancel my account.

Absolutely horrible. Stay away from them. Charge for whatever services they want, show up whenever they want and charge you for it sometimes twice in one week. Spoke to the woman who “also works at the hospital” and she was so rude and disrespectful. Can never get through to a person and when I finally did she was so so rude. I’ve been charged for a hose off even though I was told BY THEM they couldn’t do it. She got annoyed because she gave me the runaround and cancelled my service. She said I’d get a refund, still waiting. This is an awful company. The “technicians” are on their phones the whole time! My wife has also left a bad review that is much more thorough. Stay away.

The first time is free, after the long winter the yard was pretty bad shape! He was here 10/15 minutes tops. I went into the garage and I had cash to give him for a tip and I come out of garage and he’s gone already? So I looked around on the grass closest to the house and I saw in 2 seconds 3 piles of dog poop already!!? Whatever I give up

I would stay away from this company. They didn’t show up for weeks at a time, billed for services they didn’t perform and lied about not being able to perform scooping because the dogs were in the yard. I have security cameras and nobody showed up. Also the 800 customer service number on their website routes into a black hole. Nobody answers and can’t contact anyone online. Very inconsistent service.

This company is a lifesaver. With the weather being nice my yard looks good every week. They are very nice and professional. Sometimes take a bit long to answer a phone call but it’s understandable since they are always on the road. Best way to reach them well at least for me is via text. I have recommended them to family members and friends and so far everyone loves their services! Highly recommended!!

The service started out fantastic. I’m sad to report that the service over time has significantly declined. They used to text prior to service. That has since ceased. Also i would notice that i was charged for service but the service wasn’t performed. They were responsive in issuing credit when I messaged about it. Unfortunately it became a HW assignment for me to track my dog’s business and check to see if their service was completed. I have since had to find another company and cancel after multiple weeks of having issues.

Not happy I had them for 2 weeks, and both weeks they missed spots. Last week was 2 spots which I just ignored but then this week the guy missed 5 spots, and I ended up having to go out there and clean it all up.

We have to check to see if the job is actually done! Was getting billed 2x when we had 1x a week. Billed when we were on vacation, I called to let them know we wouldn't be needing their services that week, got billed! Not organized at all but very good at taking the money. I'm done.
