Wasn’t sure how this would go, two dogs one of which is over 50lbs at 5 months old. Poop911 did not disappoint! The deodorant works instantly! They didn’t miss a spot! Highly recommend!
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard is getting used every day, the mess can pile up faster than most pet parents expect. In East Setauket, that often means a backyard that needs attention between school runs, errands, and weekend plans, especially when dogs are tracking across the same grass again and again. Our local POOP 911 branch is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, so we understand that you want the yard ready without adding one more chore to the list. East Setauket is part of the Town of Brookhaven service area, and that kind of everyday family use is exactly why recurring cleanup makes life easier.
We see the practical side of this service as simple. You get a cleaner yard, fewer step-in surprises, and less odor hanging around the spots your dog keeps returning to. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, which helps you get started without a big hurdle. Then we keep a steady schedule so the job does not wait until the grass is tall, the patio is being used, or guests are already on the way.
Families in this part of Brookhaven often move between home, errands, and time outdoors in a way that keeps the yard in constant rotation. If your dog is out after a trip down local roads like Route 347 or Old Town Road, or the kids head outside right after school, the cleanup need never really stops. That is where recurring service helps most. It keeps waste from building up in the same play areas, along fence lines, and around the spots your dog likes best, so the yard stays more usable between visits.
Weather also plays a real part here. Long Island yards can swing between wet stretches, quick growth, and humid days that make smells more noticeable. That means even a small delay can turn into a bigger mess in the areas people actually walk through. Regular service helps stay ahead of that cycle, which is especially useful when you want the grass, patio edge, or play space to stay cleaner without spending your Saturday morning on cleanup.
We also keep the service practical for real routines. If you need us to work around a side gate, a fenced run, or the part of the yard that gets the most use, recurring visits make that easy to maintain over time. Customers who are trying to reduce weekend chores usually like that consistency, because it means the job is handled before buildup gets ahead of them. It is a simple way to keep more footloose and worry-free yard time for family, friends, and your dog.
If you want a local team that understands everyday pet life in East Setauket, we are ready to help. Sign up for recurring service with POOP 911, get that first cleanup free, and let us keep your yard cleaner, more comfortable, and easier to enjoy week after week.

Terrible customer service. I have tried to cancel this service for three weeks now and no longer have a dog. I am unable to access their website, left several messages also replied to their text when they are on their way, saying that I no longer need their services because I do not have any pets! But they are still trying to bill me , please be aware of their sham of a business. Replying to business: please learn how to read, I stated I no longer have a dog and my service was not cancelled when asked, nor did I hear from anyone from your business after multiple contacts. I received a bill today! Please look into your system.

As someone who gets home too late in the day to want to go outside and pick up after my dog, this is an amazing service. Another issue is my dog is large and his bowls are loose so it's very messy to deal with. I can't thank them enough.

I signed up for this service with the need for assistance in keeping my backyard clean. The initial visit was supposed to be free. They texted me they would be there and then never showed up. A technician showed up a week later, left his car running in front of my house with the music blasting, and was in my yard for maybe 10 minutes before he left. I was charged for the visit, and for a second visit for which they never showed up. You are unable to remove your credit card from the website as it states it is in autopay and can’t be removed. So these people continue to bill you for services that were never rendered, and do not answer phones, e-mails, etc. This business is a scam and I would stay far away. I desperately needed this service as a full time working single parent and instead got scammed. Hope you all feel really good about yourselves, taking money from people without working for it. Disgusting.

Rediculous, don't waste your time. Unprofessional. I have THREE great danes, and the last visit she was here FIVE MINUTES. after sending an email, they apologized and didn't charge me for that visit. However, sent the same person back for the following visit, and she was here maybe ten minutes, video taping or face timing someone my yard while she was cleaning as to prove a point. I went out after she left and there was tons of mess still out there. Not worth the aggravation with this place.

Only removed waste from my grass. Paid extra to remove waste from rocky areas and it clearly was not done. Tried calling to speak to someone about the service and no one answers. I have left numerous voicemails and no response. And the first service was supposed to be free and I was charged for it.

I like the service but if they don't get better I will cancel service

Reasonable cost. They tried hard to accommodate my specific schedule. No one showed for the first week of service. I am not sure what happened and no explanation was given but they came the following week and the yard was thoroughly cleaned. Downside is it can be slow to communicate when you need to adjust your service. In general, be aware that these services (like landscapers) will change your day according to the weather. Otherwise, happy with the friendly people in the office and Francesca, my technician. Update: After establishing a regular schedule service has been reliable.
