NEVER USE THEM! BE WARNED!! This company is a scam. I spoke with them 7/6 about services. The 1st clean was scheduled for 7/8. Per their website, the 1st cleanup is free. However, that is not the case. If you have a gravel or rock yard, it's an additional $10 fee on top of whatever the normal price is. Fine. It was only $10. On Friday, 7/8 prior to 6pm, the person came by and advised us that it was too late for her, and asked if she could come back Saturday, 7/9. My mom. (Side note: the time frame they give for service is to be completed somewhere between 6am-11:59pm). In order for service to be completed, we have to put away our dogs in the house so that the worker can do what they need. Waiting around the house all day for them to come with that time frame is CRAZY. Our dogs have free range to go outside at anytime which is why we have to wait and put them inside. This is the first time I have used this company. I was told by the representative when I booked, that they charge you once the work is done and per visit. I was quoted $21.95 for 3 cleans per week. Add $10 and I was under the impression it was $31.95 for 3 cleans. Nope. Per visit. So, $95.85/week for 3 cleans is what it turned out to be. No thanks. 1st and ONLY clean was completed 7/9. I called 7/10 to cancel, due to time frames not being suitable for our needs, and no answer. I left multiple voicemails and no call back. Monday, 7/11 I get a receipt from this company that I was charged $129.95 for a One Time Clean. I continue to call, and because my # is registered with them, it routes me to the Vegas office AND NO ONE EVER ANSWERS. However, when I call from my work phone or another phone, I'm able to get routed through from the main Poop 911 #. I thought I was paying $10 due to a rock yard for the 1st clean but $129.95 I do not think so. I called to dispute, and was told someone will follow up with me. Currently 7/12 and I have yet to hear anything. I told the lady on the phone, I do not want to escalate nor get my lawyers involved because it's avoidable. However, if my money is not returned to me and this is not sorted out and I speak to management, then I will have to escalate. This is ridiculous and not the way to run a business. I am mad that I have to escalate. It's work I shouldn't have to do, if your company was ran right.

I hired this company to come out on an initial dog poop cleaning of our yard. The lady that came out was very professional and friendly she got the job done. I’m very impressed with the service. We are signed up for a reoccurring weekly service and we look forward to it. I highly recommend this service and business to anyone.

We had a good initial yard clean up. Except for the fact he told my husband he left small pieces of dog poo due to the rocks in our yard. It was a bit of a bummer since we paid an additional fee due to our yard being rocks. The terrible dilemma comes after that first visit though. They were supposed to come weekly, to which we needed to reschedule the following week from the first visit and we were told we rescheduled within enough time that we would not be charged a cancellation fee or anything. The day AFTER the rescheduled day they charged us for a service we didn’t receive !!! If you read into their policies they don’t charge you until after they perform the service. We message them and they tell us oh sorry about that would you like a refund or a compd service this next week I’m our subscription. We brush it off and say ok let’s just have the next one compd. The service day comes and goes with no one showing up. No calling,texting, emailing, nothing. If that wasn’t bad enough when we tried to reach out to find out what happened they never responded at all, and we’ve YET to see a refund for the service they never provided. Don’t waste your time with this very unprofessional, and under performing service.

The company performs ok. They do ok with removing feces. Customer service is so bad. The Phone number listed goes to voice mail. They don’t respond to emails in which I emailed over 2 weeks ago and their site is horrible as far as navigating through. Very poor customer service. I just want to cancel my services!

I tried to call this company to schedule a pickup for my moms house. Immediately no answer. That should have been my first red flag as I called twice in the same day. I decided to schedule using the online system. I called the day after the appointment because I wanted to confirm it and find out what time I could expect the technician. No answer once again. Fast toward to the day before the cleaning, I called again and still no answer. By then I was honestly just hoping someone would show up or at least call to confirm before coming. That did not happen. Day of, I was at my moms until noon and still no sign of communication. My mom was still at home and said no one ever showed up. I tried to call them several times that day to no avail. Fast forward again to two days after my scheduled service, and still no phone call. But what I did receive was an invoice for services not even rendered ! To say the least, I am not happy and will be taking this up with my bank. My appointment was for Wednesday 8-4-2021.. This is my yard 8-7-2021. And I still haven’t heard from them.

The guy got here early which was nice and spent 4 hours cleaning up the poop in our backyard! I only spent $10 on the first visit because it was free, just charged for the non grass yard. Definitely would recommend!!
