These people are great, they stay in touch with me before they come, as soon as they arrive, and before they leave. They always make sure the gates are locked so my doggies stay safe. They even put deodorizer after each pickup. I've used several different companies and poop 911 is by far the best

I have used this service each week for about the past 4-5 months. They are consistent, professional, and it is easily the best $27 I spend. It saves me time and my pet is so happy to have a clean yard each week.

Sad to have to post this. Had been a customer for over 4 years. Recently they started sending the most incompetent worker who brings his gf to work with him. They spend 5 minutes doing nothing but walking around my property and not picking up as hired and then leave. I called and reported this to poop911 with pics documenting and asked to have a new person or cancel service. Instead they chose to send out that same sketchy person. I angrily called in and let them know if they ever send him to my house again I will vocally let him know to never come back. It shouldn’t be my. Job to tell him not to return. In response instead of listening to a customer and trying to work it out they canceled our services. I guess this was for the best since they can’t do the job anymore. To clarify I sent in multiple pictures documenting these people's lack of doing the job and offered camera footage documenting how they spent no time doing nothing. The owner didn't want to hear it and just thinks these people are good. It is absurd how he refuses to see the truth. He is also a lier saying I threatened his employees. Sadly I can not upload pics showing the conversation that said if they send him back I will be very vocal in making sure they don't enter my property or ever come back. This company is a joke.

Their service is top notch! All around from office to techs. Rick is our regular guy and he is the best! I’m not sure of the names of the other techs who have came but that have always been wonderful! I was nervous to have them come at first because my dogs can be overly affectionate, but Rick sat down with my dog (Oakley) and loved on her and said it made his day and honestly I think about that moment often and it makes me smile every time! I also know that when I’m not home she is safe with him and gets to spend some time receiving love! My German Shepard takes a while to warm up to people but he’s the biggest chicken ever lol Rick is patient with him and. Hunter gets so excited to see him. 10/10 would recommend!!

I booked service with Poop 911 online, and the whole process was extremely easy. I had my first dog poop cleaning yesterday, and I was very impressed. The technician communicated with me throughout the day to let me know when he would be here. The cleaning itself was very quick and not intrusive at all. He was very communicative afterward, and threw the waste into my trash can. I'm excited to have the service coming every week, and the price is very affordable!!

I was a customer of there’s. I did twice a month and they were paid every time. I fell upon hard times and had to cancel. My back became injured and wasn’t able to keep up with the poop. I emailed asking for them to come for a one time service. Thinking it wasn’t a problem since I’ve used them before, I was shot down. I wasn’t even offered a price. I wasn’t one of those people that took advantage of their one free time service. I was willing to pay. Went with another service that does as needed. I don’t understand the big deal. Plus, my financial situation is going to change. I would have restarted in the future. Oh well
