The crew that came out were very nice & were happy to serve. Thank you so much. That in it self was refreshing. Plus they loved my dogs. They show up weekly right on schedule and do a good job each time they come. I love how conscientious they are of my doors and fences being closed and making sure my dogs or kids don’t get out of the yard while or after they are working. Fairly priced too. I’m so glad I use them for this chore!

Called 2 times to express concerns. 1st time I was out of town and when I arrived home the day after having our yard serviced it appeared that it had not been done that week. I express my concern to Roger and he apologized. Fast forward two weeks I come home from out of town again and my yard appears not to have been cleaned again. When I called, Roger got very irritated and he said "last time I talked to you, you told me you had just come in from out of town so how would you even know if they were there?" When I explained to him that my wife was here because she runs a business out of our home 24/7 he responded " I know for a fact that your yard was clean that day because I did it personally and your wife let two of the three dogs inside so I know it was done." 1. my wife doesn't remember that. 2. we only let one of our three dogs inside, the other two are Farm dogs. At this point Roger started getting ugly with me and so I told him "its okay, we are just going to cancel our service." It was that point that he felt the need to tell me that was a good idea because he didn't feel like it was working out and then proceeded to tell me off so I hung up the phone. Most weeks the service was done very well and they were very nice to our dogs and even stopped and played with them for a bit but two weeks that I happened to not be home the service appeared to not be done as well.

The owner is great and easy to work with. But the tech who came to my house was rude and always parked in my driveway and blocked in my cars and acted offended when I asked him to move. Then had a problem with the tech and one of my dogs and the situation was not handled well. The tech also decides when he wants to show up, when he is scheduled on a Friday and would come on Saturday’s when ever and I always have to put up my dogs, but my dog is the mean one because he never came at the same time each week and still came into my yard if he heard the dogs back there instead of knocking on my door and asking to put them up before entering.
