At first the service was great. Then I feel like we got someone new. I emailed once to let them know no one came but I still got charged. I went out back and nothing had been done for the week. I also know this bc no yellow door tag was left and I work from home and my office faces the back yard. I asked them to cancel and she said okay. However here it is the day they are supposed to come and I've been charged yet again. I now will have to go trough the hassle of calling corporate.

They constantly missed about 25% of the dog waste. I complained several times but it did not improve. The lady that came out brought a 2 year old with her several times, which I did not like because my dogs are not used to being around small children.

Love this company they are very kind and polite. They always shut the gate behind them. Once they missed a few piles not in a noticeable spot and they came right back out within 30 minutes of me calling them and when they came they were very polite and got the missed spots plus new ones, and every since then they haven't missed one spot!!!

We can't say enough good things about Poop 911! The first time we called we were rushing to head out of town as snow was melting....with 3 big dogs that equals poop soup for the house sitter!! Initially there weren't any scoppers in our area for the next day but within a couple hours we were called back and they could get someone out to the house the next day. Now we're on an every two week cycle, can expect them when they say and the yard it spotless. Awesome customer service, would definitely recommend to friends, neighbors and family.
