The people who come out are super nice and friendly to my dogs. They do a great job.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard gets a little too real after a wet spell or a week of busy family use, the last thing anyone wants is to spend the weekend doing one more chore. That is where our Delmar team helps. We are locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, and we built this service for the kind of everyday yard life that happens around Bethlehem Central School District pick ups, after school play, and quick trips through Delaware Avenue.
In Delmar, recurring cleanup tends to make the most sense when dogs are using the same backyard paths again and again. Around the Town of Bethlehem dog park and Elm Avenue Park, it is easy to see how fast pet traffic adds up, and home yards are no different. If your schedule already runs through school, errands, and evening routines, keeping up with pet waste can slip fast. We make it simple to stay ahead of the mess without adding one more thing to your list.
Our service is built to help families keep the parts of the yard they actually use more comfortable. That means less odor, fewer step-in surprises, and a cleaner space for kids, dogs, and guests. Delmar yards can go from usable to annoying in a hurry when the weather turns damp or the grass starts growing quickly, and that is exactly when recurring visits start paying off. Instead of waiting until the pileup becomes obvious, we come on a routine that keeps the lawn ready for real life.
If you are planning a backyard cookout, trying to keep a patio cleaner, or just want the dog to have a place to run without tracking trouble back inside, recurring service keeps the pressure down. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, so it is easy to start fresh and see the difference right away. After that, we keep the schedule steady so you do not have to remember to ask, reschedule, or think about it every week.
Our Delmar branch handles the work with the kind of dependable attention pet parents appreciate. We focus on the high-use areas, such as the side yard, the fence line, the spots near the patio, and the places dogs seem to favor most. That practical approach matters in a place like Delmar, where family routines can move from school pickup to yard time fast, and where a clean backyard can mean the difference between heading outside or putting it off until later. With POOP 911, you can spend quality time with family and friends in the yard, footloose and worry-free. If you want a simple routine that keeps the yard cleaner week after week, contact us to set up recurring visits and let us take poop scooping off your to-do list.

Absolutely love these guys. They're super easy to use. I never know they're there but my yard's always clean lol. They're very communicative. I only had an issue once were a couple poops were missed and they were more than happy to rectify it. Been using them for 3-4 years now. I don't need to do anything they just come and then charge the card I have on file. It couldn't be easier and could not have anything better to say honestly. With being with them for so long there's only been one price increase which was more than reasonable. Very reasonably priced for two dogs. I think I've met the poop scoopers twice and both times they were very friendly.

Had poop 911 come today (march) after not scooping any of my dogs poop all winter. They cleaned by entire backyard while I wasn’t home, it was like coming home to magic! Made our toddler’s day because she was able to play outside in the backyard on a nice day! Thank you! And thrilled to have a weekly service.

Was tired of waiting on my husband to clean up the dog poop in the yard so I looked into it thinking it was going to be outrageously expensive but I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable it is. Literally the best thing ever!!!!!! $20 a week for me to not even have to think about it! I just wish there was a way to tip them!

Made an appointment for this past Monday and they never called, never showed. Called Monday afternoon and left a voicemail with John. He’s still not returned my call. Needless to say I don’t want to continue pursuing utilizing their services. I’d like at this point to make sure my credit card info I put in when making the appointment is removed from their system. **Edited to reply that I booked from the calendar on their website, which had the 5th open. Perhaps a banner stating you are away, or blocking out the dates you are unavailable in your calendar would be a good practice to avoid confusion in the future. That said, the company was able to reply within 25 minutes to my google review, but never called back when I left a message on John's phone about a missed appointment. Best of luck moving forward!

It took awhile for them to come, but they did an excellent job cleaning up the yard. The 1st time is free, hopefully now that I'm paying it'll be just as good & prompt.

My wife signed up online and they did call back to schedule an appointment. They called back a couple of days later said they would come the day after the scheduled appointment. It has been 3 weeks since the scheduled appointment and they never showed up, not even a phone call to explain why and or reschedule. Bad business and unprofessional. If a withdrawal comes out of my card, I won’t hesitate to press charges. I would give no stars if I could.
