Not gonna lie, initially my service started out a little rocky. Our initial visit was accidentally overbooked and it was important we had it done that day. Jeff reached out to multiple technicians and unfortunately, no one was able to make it on our originally scheduled day. However, Jeff and Art made it a point to make sure Art could make it out the next day. It was SO nice to come home and see our yard so clean. Art did an amazing job, Jeff was super helpful getting the situation sorted out. The only thing I would say is I wish there would have been some sort of discount for the inconvenience but regardless their prices are unbeatable compared to other companies. Overall I would definitely recommend 😊

Overall very good experience. The initial appointment got moved because the crews got behind when it snowed, but that’s a reasonable excise to be delayed.The initial guy was barely here 15 minutes and didn’t complete the job. I called the office and they had another guy out here the same day and they did a great job. Very happy that they didn’t fight me at all on my complaint, just sent someone else to do it right.We’ve got 3 dogs and have 8 month old twins. So we haven’t picked up the yard in at least a year. So there was a lot to do.They were extremely thorough in the yard and I haven’t noticed any poop they missed.One of our dogs hates the grass and poops and pees on the cement patio. They cleaned up the patio and washed off the urine woth the hose.I’ll continue to be a reoccurring customer!
